Cottagecore, no competition. I have some pieces in the cottagecore vibe, but the closest thing to brown I have in my closet is a cropped long-sleeved top in light brown-beige stripes. I hate brown in clothing. What I do love in dark academia is the landscapes. I love gloomy, foggy, and rainy weather over an old gothic city like Edinburgh. But I'll be in my violently bright, almost kidcore outfits.
